On 3-4 December 2009, dozens of high level representative addressed the Cartagena Summit on a Mine-Free World, reaffirming their shared commitment to a world free of anti-personnel mines. After addressing the conference, these representatives signed a ceremonial copy the Cartagena Declaration.
